１：全ての丸をループができないように線でつなぎ、一つながりにする。
２：線でつながれている丸同士は友達である。
    数字はその丸の「友達の友達（自分を除く）」の数を表す。

All circles are connected along the given lines so that a single network is 
formed without having any loops. Any circle connected (by a single segment) to 
another is considered to be it's friend. The numbers indicate the quantity of 
"friends of a friend" that a circle has, excluding itself. [In other words, the
quantity of circles that are 2 segments away.]
